By using this website you agree to these terms. Paid work is governed by a written proposal or agreement, which prevails if it conflicts with this page. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Prices on the website are published starting prices and are not binding offers. Estimates, audit scores and any savings or performance figures are indicative only and depend on your content, requirements and third-party factors. A quote becomes binding only when confirmed by us in writing and accepted by you. USD and ZAR prices are separate price lists; the price shown for your currency at confirmation applies.

Rand payments are processed by PayFast; international payments are by the method stated on your invoice. Once-off builds are paid as set out in the proposal. Support plans renew monthly until cancelled with 30 days’ notice. Refund terms are stated in your proposal; statutory consumer rights are not affected.

The site design, text and code of this website belong to DE Innovative Solutions. On full payment, ownership of the bespoke deliverables for your project passes to you, excluding our pre-existing tools, frameworks and third-party licences. We may show finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Do not misuse the site: no attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorised access, automated scraping that burdens the service, submitting unlawful content, or using the website audit on sites you have no right to test.

To the extent the law allows, the site and free tools are provided “as is”, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit or lost data. Our total liability for a paid service is limited to the fees you paid for it in the preceding 12 months. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We are not responsible for other websites that we link to. Their content and privacy practices are theirs.

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa and the courts of the Western Cape have jurisdiction, without removing mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
